The Petition of Samuel B. Haring
respectfully shows that your petitioner is a son of and an executor named in the last will of
Betsey Haring late of the Township of Harrington in the County of Bergen aforesaid, deceased, who departed this life at Westwood, Bergen County on the thirty-first day of December in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and ninety and your Petitioner further shows that the heirs and next of kin, etc. of the said deceased are as follows:
Anna M., wife of Isaac Onderdonk, residing at Westwood, New Jersey
Samuel B. Haring, residing at Tappan, New York
James O. Haring, residing at Latham, Butler County, Kansas
Albert Z. Haring, residing at Demarest, New Jersey
his only children and all of full age
Lydia Z. Haring, residing at Demarest, New Jersey
Anna, wife of John Doremus, residing at Port Jervis, New York
Carrie, wife of Harry Bonker, residing at Port Jervis, New York
Milton Haring, residing at Port Jervis, New York
of full age
David Haring, aged about 15 years, residing at Norwood, New Jersey
children of Testator's deceased son, David P.
Your Petitioner therefore prays that said LAST WILL and TESTAMENT may be admitted to Probate, and letters thereon granted according to law.
